My name is Michael Baca, but most just call me Baca.

I’m a creative lead and art director, always looking for an honest and beautiful way to tell a story. I specialize in art direction, end-to-end content production, conceptual thinking, and strategy. I have extensive experience collaborating with and leading creative teams.

My ethos is rooted in being kind and compassionate. I aim to bring positivity and a passion for the craft to everything I do. In my happiest moments, I am exploring outside with my two little kids, wife, and dog… and usually a camera and coffee.

I’m currently based in San Francisco, contracting for the fine folks at OpenAI.
